Yesterday it was full season, late summer and the hustle and bustle of the fair - and then from one day to the next it was a major construction site, full alarm and the roar of machinery.
\nWhat we have been planning for over two years is now taking shape.
\nJust four weeks before the starting signal, we had all the permits and our heads were spinning with all the appointments for managing, planning and setting up the construction sites.
\nTo prevent boredom from setting in, we also organized a flea market at the end of the season on 15.09.
\nwe set up a flea market: Starting at noon, many loyal visitors took a piece of SCHLOSSANGER home with them!
\nOur hard-working mountain spirits have cleared out the twelve rooms being renovated with commitment and fun in no time at all, and cherished items have now found a new home - and we have room for new ideas.
\nWe will report on how chic and cozy the new rooms will be in next month's construction site diary.
\nThe wellness area is already in full swing: the saunas have been completely dismantled, the outer glass elements have disappeared, none of the walls are where they used to be and the former pool has already been completely dismantled.
\nTo ensure that everything can happen without major collateral damage, we have created a separate road for the construction vehicles!
\nEveryone is hard at work: Our chefs are helping as movers and demolition team, the service girls are managing the complete dismantling in the house and housekeeping has prepared the existing rooms for the renovation period.
\nB\u00e4rbel is enthusiastically cooking for the almost 75 tradesmen and staff to keep everyone's strength up - and everyone is excited to see what's on the menu tomorrow.
\nIt really is beyond words what is being turned and turned here.
\nThis would not be possible without the motivated tradesmen up here.
\nWe hope that the weather plays along, that the sun continues to shine on our faces and that no surprises await us.
\nAnd finally, a few more figures to give you an idea of what is going on here: - We have now used 1200 tons of gravel<\/strong> for the construction road and storage areas alone - There are also countless containers for rubble and wood on the construction site, which are changed every hour: Four large vibratory plates<\/strong>, two chain excavators<\/strong>, a wheeled excavator <\/strong>and a mini excavator<\/strong>, two articulated lorries, two trucks, a tractor<\/strong> with trailer for the excavation and the construction road - The first construction crane is in place and has a reach of 55 meters.<\/strong> The second construction crane will follow in week 39 - it is the largest bottom-slewing crane in the world<\/strong>.
\nThis crane will then weigh 27 tons<\/strong>, with weights of 44 tons<\/strong> hanging from it for stabilization and a lifting capacity of 1.6 tons<\/strong> on the outer boom .<\/strong> Your Beatrice<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
