The construction thriller on the Schlossanger continues and is getting more and more exciting.
\nI can't even describe how surprising the reactions of our guests are when I take them on a tour of the construction site. It's certainly not just the glass of site wine that excites them. Rather, it's the progress, the stories about how the whole project came about and the many things that are hidden in the details. What has happened in the past two weeks? We are now talking about 4 construction sites on which we are active at the same time. Firstly, the interior work, which can now proceed without restrictions thanks to the complete glazing. As part of this, the underfloor heating is being installed, the screed is being laid, ventilation ducts are being installed, the drywallers are putting up the first walls and new floor plans are being built in the old building.
\nSo things are continuing apace. Admittedly: The pictures may give the impression that we are building a roof over the pool after all. But no, this temporary structure will only enable us to continue building the pool, as it is now heatable, dry and protected from the wind.
\nAnd very cool: The entire structure can be reused on another construction site once it has been dismantled. The outdoor heating has now been laid in the outdoor area and the natural stone from the previous ALP SPA, which will be called ALPSPA in future, has already been laid and reused accordingly.
\nLuggi Baur, our trusted stone wall specialist, has already started work on the first outdoor areas. Completely hidden and unnoticed, the elevator shaft on the top floor has now arrived behind the house at Grandpa's hut, the intermediate corridor to the future suite house is being built this week and the first supply lines for it are being laid.
\nWhether we can still pour the floor slab depends on the weather. By the way: the large construction crane will be dismantled this week and brought back down to the valley. The ambitious goal of completing the ALP SPA in spring 2025 is getting closer and closer to being feasible. But at the end of the week, all the craftsmen will be taking a well-deserved holiday break. After Epiphany, it will be full speed ahead. But we are now looking forward to our holiday guests and, as it looks, to a white Christmas.
\nOh yes: two rooms have been canceled and are available for spontaneous bookings. Merry Christmas to all of you with your loved ones, a relaxing time and a great start to the New Year <\/p>\n
