Hello friends of the Schlossanger Alp building thriller.
\nNow that the fan community is growing steadily and interest in our ALP SPA building project remains very high.................... the sequel follows as promised. Things are currently heating up for B\u00e4rbel and Beatrice, our interior designers.
\nThe orders for the furnishings, fabric and material selection, lighting design etc. have to be prepared, decided and ordered. It was only on Friday that we installed a prototype for the privacy screen between the entrance and relaxation area
\n. It's unbelievably beautiful how this provides a different view from inside and outside. But see for yourself in the photos. The pool builders have already started building the overflow channel and lining it with foil.
\nThis is really something for artists. Not only does it have to look good, it has to be crease-free and watertight. It's a prankster who makes comparisons with us humans here.
\nWhat you can see in the photo is the surge tank and the filter system, which will then ensure outstanding water quality. The floor slab of the suite house has now been concreted and next week the supporting walls will go up.
\nNow that the intermediate corridor and the elevator shaft have their ceilings, I had my first opportunity to climb up to the roof, so to speak. The view up there is so magnificent and I dare to say: \"Above the rooftops of Schlossanger\". In connection with this, we can already tell you today that the popular Sterntaler will lose none of its appeal in the future. It may be a little smaller inside, but it will be all the more exciting outside. The sauna builders from Setz are now in the process of installing the panorama sauna and you can already see that the steam bath will offer our guests space on two floors in future. A gimmick has also been planned which, as far as we know, has not yet been installed in any wellness area. In the meantime, all installations such as ventilation, electrical installations, water and heating pipes are gradually disappearing under the screed.
\nThe plasterers are also already covering the first walls and it no longer looks like demolition and shell construction. Incidentally, the craftsmen's morning pint went down extremely well again and we have already announced to the boys and girls that there will be a big craftsmen's party in April. This is a tradition that we have maintained for every construction project so far, as we have been able to complete all of the construction sites on time and rely on the tradespeople. In the winter months, such a tight schedule is of course very ambitious and challenging.
\nBut we are very confident that we will have completed most of the work and be able to open around Easter 2025. It's clear that not much can be done in the outdoor area yet, as the timetable depends purely on the weather. We will see and will keep our loyal construction diary visitors up to date.
