In the morning for your first espresso and to read the newspaper, in the afternoon to enjoy a pot of soup or in the evening for an aperitif before or a digestif after dinner: The Kaminstube has always been the central living room and secret heart of the SCHLOSSANGER.
In the small alp, which was rebuilt in 2007 and closely resembles the original alp from 1913, the Kaminstube takes up most of the building. In 2021, we completely redesigned the parlor from the interior to the lighting and color concept. The open fireplace forms the central focus of the beloved retreat in this cozy ensemble.
WEINKELLER
The vaulted wine cellar with its approx. 550 items is located in the basement. Constantly expanded by Beatrice and Bernd with great passion in terms of quantity and vintage depth, the wine variations are more than there to marvel at. OUR CREDO: Wine is for drinking, not for collecting.

A first-class reference sound system has recently been added to the soft crackling of the open fire. We are also happy to play your favorite LP - you are welcome to bring your own records to experience your personal taste in music in this atmosphere. Of course, we also have a small and fine vinyl collection that is just waiting to be discovered.

If you're in a good mood, you can let the sound of the record player accompany you to the small alp and make yourself comfortable on the long wooden bench - with a view of the herb garden or the 100-year-old pear tree. Whether for the first morning sun or a nightcap in the evening, cozy blankets and comfy cushions ensure pleasant temperatures, even on cooler vacation days.
