He is responsible for everything, at least for what is left over that nobody else wants to do. The passionate host's enthusiasm for enjoyment and wine is immediately apparent. If the tasks allow, he likes to accompany you on your bike through the Allgäu.

By 2016, Beatrice had gained a lot of experience and completed her second degree as a master restaurateur. Back home in the Alps, she is dedicated to reception, marketing and the conceptual development of the SCHLOSSANGER.

After graduating from high school and the IMAL art school, Bettina completed her bachelor's degree in photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld. The creative head of the family is responsible for the visual language of the SCHLOSSANGER.

Bastian has also dedicated himself to creative cuisine: Training in Oberstdorf, intermediate stops at the Tantris in Munich and the Dal Mulin in St. Moritz. His next goal is to become a master chef. In the sights of the wandering years: the kitchen at home.

We were able to inspire Beata for the position of breakfast service, which she takes on one hundred percent despite her responsibilities as a mother of two. She is so fast and friendly that our guests and all our colleagues can look forward to it every day.

Trained as a housekeeper, Marina is very committed to her training as a hotel manager. She impresses with her quiet, calm manner and comes from very close by, from Hopferau.

His mother completed her training as a chef with us years ago - and we are delighted that he is also training to become a hotel specialist with us. Tim is quiet and reserved, but at the same time very structured and reliable.

Freddy is a pillar of the kitchen as a gardemanger, he is responsible for perfect craftsmanship and creative new starters. We are very pleased that he has returned to us after years in the German capital with so much experience.

Noah joined the Schlossanger kitchen team in spring 2023 from a colleague who is a friend of his from the JRE. He has taken on the position of entremetier and is therefore responsible for all side dishes, vegetables and the training of apprentices.

After an internship with us, Sebastian decided to become a chef and completed his training in July. We are very pleased that he will remain with our team and that he enjoys working with us every day.

He came to us at SCHLOSSANGER as an apprentice on the recommendation of a friend. Magnus' structured and ambitious approach impresses and inspires his colleagues.

It was already clear to Tim at the age of 12 that he wanted to become a chef, and that the SCHLOSSANGER was the No. 1 choice for this training. We also greatly appreciate Tim's parents as JRE colleagues and are delighted that he has placed his trust in his apprenticeship with us.

Michael joined us in spring 2023 to continue his training as a chef. Hard-working, focused and eager, he quickly settles into the team and is an asset to the Schlossanger.

Marek supports the kitchen, makes sure the dishes are clean and is also very skilled and talented with his hands. He came on the recommendation of his Polish compatriot Thomasz, and we hope that he will accompany us for many years to come.

Frantisek is responsible for ensuring that the scullery is always spotlessly clean, the dishes gleam and good humor flows from this area into all areas. Exterior work is also his specialty, for which the main janitor and boss Bernd is very happy.

Yuliia came to us from the Ukraine and quickly found her way into our team with her restraint and diligence. We are grateful for their daily support.
