For those who want to take a professional approach, as the first hormonal changes begin for us women from the age of 35: Consult with our Katrin Kaufmann, preferably 5 weeks before your arrival: She will send you a hormone kit, explain how to use it and how the results can help during the recovery weekend: to sleep better, or to counter weight changes, joint pain, anxiety.
