Our apprenticeships in the hotel & catering industry

The SCHLOSSANGER will train you as a qualified:
- Hotel manager
- Restaurant specialist
- Cook

During training, we offer flexible working hours, almost unlimited planning of days off and individual vacation planning. We also give weekends off. With us you can go skiing during the week without having to queue, go swimming without having to fight for a berth, attend appointments during the week without having to sacrifice vacation days. Our commitment to training was recognized with the CHEFS TROPHY in a nationwide comparison.
