As it still looks very wintry outside, we have brought spring into our kitchen. We would like to introduce you to our new kitchen.

Over the last few weeks, we have renovated all areas of the SCHLOSSANGER and given it a fresh springtime look. The new fir-blue color concept is already noticeable in the entrance area at the reception, while the winter garden has been given an elegant floor.

Four new bathrooms have been created on the second floor, the chic swivel chairs in the restaurant rock the restaurant, and the tables in our 75-year-old Zirbenstube enhance its very own original charm even more. As you can see, tradition and modernity can make for a successful blend.

What we are really proud of is our centerpiece, THE KITCHEN. Within 60 days, the kitchen was completely renovated and brought up to the latest standards. Our employees are already very enthusiastic about their new, optimized and contemporary working environment.

Bastian Ebert has been our head chef since March and, together with Barbara Schlachter-Ebert, will now shape the kitchen style of the SCHLOSSANGER.
