It is well known that not only lovely people feel at home with us, but also dogs that take their masters for a walk on the alp.
No less popular is our Queen Mum and Collie dog Silva, who does the honors with guests and gives four-legged newcomers a piece of her mind.
But she is the dog boss of the mountain and wellness hotel in the Allgäu.
Now she has a partner at her side.
The little collie lady already listens to her name "LOTTE" from time to time
and has settled in really well within the first 2 months.
The cheeky one, the greedy one and the always sleeping one are other cose names that Lotte earns every day.
We cuddle, play and have fun with her, but she is also trained daily by Bärbel.
After all, Lotte should spend her life as obediently and autonomously on the Schlossanger as her role model Silva.
The walks with her take us to the new highlights of our mountain hotel in the outdoor area.
Once to the newly created circular path that leads from the pond along the edge of the forest around the entire alp.
And we walk to the south-western side of the forest where the chamois meet daily early in the morning to feed.
A yoga space with a fantastic view of the mountains has been created there in the form of a large wooden platform. Believe us, there's no better way to experience a morning sun salutation or workout.
We are already looking forward to seeing how this is received by our guests.
